On a scale from 1 to 10, I’ll give it a 9+
I took Tentoria for I’m a bit taken up with science fiction and getting bewitched by the expression on the cover "You think you know everything about the past?" … what can I say? It looked enticing.
The first pages were hard to make head or tail of, having to keep on flipping back to the previous page, trying hard to follow the events… but after that, everything turned clear like a smooth sea after storm. The action started making sense and the careful way the author was depicting the scenes and details in had my imagination overworking.
What it seemed strange to me was my not wishing to serialize it (to read it by pieces on bus or underground)… it is (as far I’m concerned) the kind of book hooking you and not letting you go until finding the truth, who lies, who dies, who loves, and in particular what was really going there!
Frustrations start showing up but when your eyes grow tired even when being told by mind otherwise.
In conclusion, if you want to get out of the office, terrace, bed groove, this is the perfect reading. On a scale from 1 to 10 I will give it 9+ but for the author being at his first book and my not wishing him to get too big for his boots. I can’t wait the second volume. Have a nice reading.
